Nine Lives
I never know what a painting will end up looking like. This one was a struggle and had been through many iterations. There were things that I liked about each one, but they weren’t making my soul feel full. In what seemed like its ninth life, I went crazy with a white glaze of different strengths and it started to sing. I just had to name it Nine Lives!
